EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
NORTHERN LIGHT THEATRE COMPANY
The committee of Northern Light Theatre Company is seeking
expressions of interest from people wishing to help with our
Catering Department.
The Catering Department staff provides a vital and important
service for the cast, crew and orchestra of our productions.
They attend rehearsals and provide tea, coffee, soft drinks
and selected snacks to the members involved in that
rehearsal. They also set up at the theatre once the
production is in full swing and provide a variety of snacks
and light meals at reasonable prices for members who may not
be able to go home for tea or purchase healthy fast food.
On occasion the Catering Department may also be asked to
assist with fundraising and celebratory functions.
These are voluntary positions and require people of a
cheerful, friendly disposition who enjoy helping people.
They will be called upon to handle small amounts of company
money so should be trustworthy and numerate. Some cooking
skills would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
So if you enjoy mixing with a bunch of friendly extroverts,
being involved in creative and arty pursuits, have a
reasonable amount of spare time and want to be really
appreciated, maybe you are the person we have been looking
